Thad Kittredge framed houses for other builders for fifteen years, then started his own company with one truck and one rule: write the number down before anyone picks up a hammer. Seventeen years later the truck is a fleet and the rule is the contract.
Every carpenter and superintendent on the crew is our own employee, background-checked and covered by workers’ comp. If a frame or foundation we built fails within ten years, we come back and fix it, it says so in every contract.

Licensed BC-A in Tennessee, and the first additions under our own name.

FIRST CUSTOM HOME
A 3,400 sq ft house in Farragut, and the 1-2-10 warranty in writing.

COMMERCIAL BUILD-OUTS
Garland joined, and offices, clinics and cafés became the fourth line of work.
