$32-$40/hr
Lead carpenter
Framing and finish, 8+ years, own hand tools
$24-$30/hr
Carpenter
3+ years framing or trim, a valid driver’s license
$78-$92K
Site superintendent
Residential, 5+ years running sites, OSHA 30
$70-$84K
Assistant project manager
Schedules, change orders and client updates
$19-$22/hr
Apprentice
No experience needed, paid training, tools provided
THREE THINGS WE PUT IN WRITING.
PAY
Published ranges, reviewed every January. Overtime at time and a half, paid weekly, no piece rates and no 1099s.
e.g. Lead carpenter, $32-$40/hr
HOURS
Job sites run 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Saturdays only by choice, and paid at time and a half.
40 hrs a week, weekends off
GROWTH
Paid OSHA 30 and EPA lead-safe training, and a path from apprentice to lead carpenter to superintendent.
