We are a construction company, not an advertising company. This page says exactly what we do with your name, number and project details.
WHAT WE KEEP
Your name, phone number, the project address and what you told us about the project, plus any photos and drawings you send. That is what an estimator needs to price the work.
WHY WE KEEP IT
To call you back, to prepare the estimate and the contract, to schedule the work, to invoice, and to honor the warranty. Nothing else.
WHO SEES IT
The estimator and the project manager on your job, the superintendent on site and our accountant. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to advertisers.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Estimates for two years. Contracts, invoices and warranty records for ten years, because a structural warranty runs that long. After that they are deleted.
YOUR RIGHTS
Ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it. Write to estimates@graybeambuilders.com and you get an answer within 30 days.
