An 1890s brick warehouse bay, a 15-kilo roaster and a café that had to pass its health inspection on the first try.

WHAT WE DID

A gas line and exhaust for the roaster, a café kitchen, a new storefront in the original masonry opening, the brick cleaned and sealed, an ADA restroom and a walnut bar built by our carpenters.

RESULT

Open in 12 weeks. Final $296,200 against a $293,800 estimate. Health and fire inspections passed on the first visit.
