AFTER

THE BRIEF

A 1956 brick ranch with one bathroom for four people. The owners wanted a primary suite on the back that would not look added on.

WHAT WE DID

A crawlspace foundation at the existing floor height, reclaimed brick matched to the house, a tiled walk-in shower and a nine-foot closet. The roof tie-in was done in one dry week in April.

RESULT

Done in 16 weeks. Final $176,400 against a $174,900 estimate; the difference was one signed change order for a heated bathroom floor.

WHAT THE OWNER SAID
